OK... So, I am slow. It is a brain thing I may never heal from completely. In effort to befriend this part of me, I came up with a mascot; a creature who is naturally slow with which I can relate. When I shared this with some writers friends that I had not resolved the discrepancy between my art signature mascot; a Dragon Fly – a creature who darts about – and one that is timid and calculatedly slow.
They suggested putting the wings on the snail queen Here she is, and she says "Hello".
